Anyone filed I-485 in July 03?

Is it normal for I-485 cases filed in July 03?

I have filed I-485 in July 22, 2003 after I-140 approval. Almost a year has passed (10.5 months to be exact) but I have not even got a finger printing notice. Is this normal for WAC-03217 cases? Or I should get panic?

The on-line case status has not changed since 07/2003.

BTW, I got EAD and AP right on track which were filed together with I-485 application.

No FP yet

Our I485 was filed on June 30th with a July 1 2003 RD. No first FP yet.......
Here are the details:

I485
Filed date: 6/30/2003
RD/ND : 07/01/2003.
EAD: Approved for self & spouse.
FP: Still waiting for first FP!!

At the time of your filing, FPs were to be issued only after 9 months of filing as per CIS's internal guidelines. Recently, they have reduced sending FP notices for folks who are not near the JIT date, just to cut down on repeated FPs. I don't think there is anything to worry about. If you have applied for AP or EAD and not got them, then that's something to worry about (and follow up on.)

But no FP for me & spouse.

But I know of one instance where FP was issued for a freind who filed on July 14, 2003.

How come your friend filed in July 2004. Does he has any Time Machine to go to future... :) I hope it is July 2003...
 
June and July 03 are the months least touched from all cases ( only 2- 5 % of cases have got 1FP ) , I'm on the same boat. Hopefully as JIT keeps moving they'll realize that most of these cases dont have fingerprints yet..
