I just wanted to ask those who have filed for I-485 AND FILES i-131 OR I-765 together with the I-485 and and avoided fees for I-765 or I-131?

Did you send the applications for I-765 or I-131 at the same address where you filed I-485?

Or you got your applications sent back and asked to mail the applications for I-765 OR i-131 TO A DIFFERENT USCIS address?

did you have to pay fees for i-765 or i-131 when you filed those 2 together with the i-485?

how did you file any 2 or three of those together and avoided fees?

i mean like which address, what you did to avoid the fees?

share your info,
thanks

Send everything to the the same address (the service center you are supposed to send the I-485 to), even tough the I-131 and I-765 application instructions might suggest otherwise.
Your total fee should be $1,010. USCIS will then forward your I-765 and I-131 paperwork to the proper office themselves.

i did the same thing for someone, but USCIS sent the whole package back to him, he said, but I don't know what USCIS said for the reason, I had argument with him and later he took care of himself.

seems like they should be sent differently. we even included the note in the package where it says filing those forms cocurrently and no extra fees.

I think this is only true if you file with NSC. If you file your I-485 with TSC then I-131/I-765 along with I-797C have to be sent separately to NSC. If you file I-131 for AP it can be sent together with I-485 regardless of the Service Center you file.

The text below is from USCIS web site
If you are filing your I-485 with the Nebraska Service Center, you may also file the I-131 and I-765 concurrently. If you are filing your I-485 with the Texas Service Center, you should wait to file your I-131 and I-765 with the Nebraska Service Center until you receive the notice of receipt (I-797C) from the filing of your I-485. You should then submit a copy of the I-485 receipt notice with Forms I-131 and I-765.

Not at all. I filed with the Texas Service center. Both my RTD and work permit are now in production and on their way. Read the instructions on the I131 and I765 forms. It is clearly explained.

Whatever, I am filing separately as one week apart won't do much of a difference. Also there are cases where the application is being returned for the very same reason.
Btw, if you refer to page 7 ,D, as in your other post maybe you should read it again, it is for AP and not RTD

It's true that if you applied your I-485 after June 2007, then you can also file your travel document concurentely and pay the amount of $ 1010
No more confusion, it is clear now thanks to all of you.
