I filed I-130 for my wife in Taiwan. She was scheduled to appear for interview on 02/02/07. But she got call from embassy saying her interview has been called off due to some law changes. Now I-130 must be filed in US by petitioner.
Anyone else in same situation?? What will happen to people who already have filed I130 in outside? Do they have file I130 in US again?? How long it takes to process I130 in US??
