It looks like applications filed from June 20 to June 30 are lost somewhere. My attorney is sent email to DOL about this, no response so for.
Can we do something about this?

Mine is pending since July 22nd and still waiting. What makes you think that cases filed in that date range are lost?

I am still waiting since 6/6/05. Attorney wrote to DOL but no reponse yet.

Anymore approvals from June 10-30 PERM applications

Seems like these applications have been buried somewhere and DOL doesn't care much. Its more than 75 days from the time they were filed. Anyone have any thoughts... :(

Don't worry these are not just from June 10- 30th, these kind of cases are pending since May 1st. and one or two from APril too, if any body could file in April with new PWD. It is not about losing data or anything like that. Just that no CO is attached to adjudicate these cases and we have to just attribute this to our luck.

Luck?

Luck? How many dollars is it? We live in modern 21st world and except DOL to do things in order. So, unlucky fellow like me to wait in a lucky-queue to buy the so called luck” Hope this queue works in order? No, it doesn’t work that way…?

Filed on Aug 3rd, still In process

I agree, cases filed in last weeks of July and first week of August are kind of last.

Example my case filed on Aug 3rd, still In process @ chicago. BS in computer science with over 6 years of experience.
