Has any one filed AOS based on the “Dates for Filing Applications” from the visa bulletin?
Just received the AOS interview notice and the I-130 priority date is way after “Application Final Action Dates” (which means priority date is not current yet).

Now its nice that the interview will happen soon, but will the USCIS issue the GC before the “Application Final Action Date” ?? or will it be issues after the “Application Final Action Dates” becomes current?

I don't understand. AOS as in Adjustment of Status, i.e. the process of getting a green card inside the US? That is something you have to file yourself. How can you get an interview notice if you didn't file?

Remember my previous post? :)
the beneficiary (who applied for AOS based on an approved i-130, and is currently enrolled full time as F1 student) received the AOS interview notice

In order to file AOS, your priority date must be before the date for filing for AOS for that category, or otherwise your AOS will be rejected because you were not eligible to file. The date for filing for AOS is here and is separate from the Department of State visa bulletin (though AOS won't be approved until the final action date on the visa bulletin). I assume that you filed AOS after the date for filing passed your priority date since you haven't been rejected yet.

Yes, the AOS was filed based on the “Dates for Filing Applications” from the latest visa bulletin
the question is, when will the green card be issued? before or after the priority date is current?

Hi
I have similar question, I noticed that for visa bulletin there is new chart (B. DATES FOR FILING FAMILY-SPONSORED VISA APPLICATIONS). Could you please help me to understand what is the difference between this 2 charts ( A and B).
My priority date is 1st week of May, 2015 ( F2A), Should I eligible for AOS based on chart B as date posted under chart B is 15 June 2015 (F2A)? Please advise.

I am currently on H1b visa.

No. You do not look at either of the State Department's visa bulletin charts for filing AOS. You look at USCIS's chart.

below I found at USCIS's chart (official site). And this is bring me back to same chart that I am referring in my previously ask question. Could you please advise that am I eligible for AOS and if yes than how long it will take for complete process? Thank you for your time.

Acceptance of Adjustment of Status Applications

USCIS will accept Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status from family-sponsored and employment-based adjustment of status preference applicants according to the monthly Visa Bulletin that DOS publishes as a guide for issuing visas at U.S. consulates and embassies.

The monthly DOS Visa Bulletin summarizes the availability of immigrant visas according to:

1. The “Application Final Action Dates” (consistent with previous Visa Bulletins) and
2. The “Dates for Filing Applications” chart indicating when immigrant visa applicants should be notified to assemble and submit required documentation to the National Visa Center.

When USCIS determines there are more immigrant visas available for the fiscal year than there are known applicants, you may use the Dates for Filing Applications chart to determine when to file an adjustment of status application with USCIS. Otherwise, you must use the Application Final Action Dates chart to determine when to file an adjustment of status application with USCIS.

Unless otherwise indicated on uscis.gov/visabulletininfo, you must use the “Application Final Action Dates” for determining when you can file a Form I-485 with USCIS.

DOS, working with the Department of Homeland Security, revises the Visa Bulletin each month to estimate immigrant visa availability for prospective adjustment of status applicants. If DOS makes any changes to either chart in the Visa Bulletin after publishing it, USCIS will review those changes and determine if any further action is necessary. Check the latest dates for filing adjustment of status applications.

According to USCIS's chart for March (this month), you can file (and in fact you could have filed back in January).

Has anybody heard back after filling their adjustment of status according to the new visa bulletin "Dates for Filing Applications”?

Yes I did receive my EAD but I did not receive anything in regards to my interview after that no update on GC

that's nice..How long did it take after you filed your i-485?
Because my date is current as per the "Dates for Filing Applications” chart, but USCIS has just not put on their website to use it yet. Like it says, use Final Action Dates for filing June Applications.
I'm assuming the GC would follow the final actions dates charts only.

5 to 6 weeks
Mine is May 2015
When you say " but USCIS has just not put on their website to use ityet" which site you are referring?

They've mentioned to use final action dates for June and July. So apparently I can't file adjustment of status right now.
My PD is Sep 2015 and I-130 is approved.

I have applied for my AOS as per chart B and waiting for the EAD, I had a question for you though. Did you get an interview notice yet? any updates?
