Anyone file I-140 W/O Certified ETA-750 (missing)

We received a final determination letter form PBEC indicating the certified ETA-750 is enclosed in the mail. But we never received one. My lawyer will submit I-140 and request the LC from DOL. Has anyone filed I-140 W/O attaching the LC? I want to know that I am not alone. Thanks!

I am on the same boat. Are you applying for the regular I-140 or Premium Process? My lawyer will submit the I-140 next week.
