Anyone familiar with I-140 appeal process @ TSC

I need some information for a close relative of mine whose I-140 petition was denied by TSC.
Reason: Insufficient financial data to support employer\'s claim of continued employment.

I was wondering if anyone has experience with the appeal process and how long it may take etc.

How many employees work for this employer and what is the annual turn over ? what was the balance shown in the bank statement of this employer. Please reply!!
