Anyone ever see RFEs for derivative applicant?

Just curious... my wife received an RFE a while back for her 2nd AP - they wanted to see our marriage certificate, which is already part of the file. We submitted (again) and it was quickly approved (we've been married for over ten years!)

But has anyone seen other RFEs issued to derivatives, and not the primary, for 485 adjudications or other applications?

My wife got for her DOB certificate.

In this forum I have seen derivatives got RFE for following stuffs:

1. proof of living together (rental agreement/utility bills etc).
2. primary applicant's EVL
3. continuity of immigration status.
