Anyone else has problems obtaining SS card?

I would like to know what my options are if the local SSA office appears to be completely incompetent? I applied for my card 4 months ago and every time I inquired about it, I received a different reply (we sent it out already, next time - it's still in process of verification, last one - sorry, you have to start all over again since you're not in the system). Are there any offices that know what they are doing in Tampa Bay area, FL? I am thinking just cancel all my issues with this one. Can I complain somewhere? These idiots cost me a lot of good jobs and money. How can I solve this situation quickly? It's frustrating in many levels...
 
Keep trying differents offices. With 4 months already, definetly the USCIS should updated your data and it should appear for the SSA that you have authorization to work so you can obtain your SSN.
