Anyone done FP on Nov 20 and got approved yet ?

Looks like TSC is picking up cases based on the FP dates and when they updated it's results in their database. Has anyone who did FP between Nov 20 and 26 got approval ?

FP results of this range were updated by USCIS on 26th Nov.
 
Additional criteria

There must be some additional criteria for the processing, as I did my FP on 11/03, observed change in LUD on APs (though we got them approved in 06/04, never have anything else pending) on 12/08, and no other movement!

I did my FP on 11/04.
On 11/15 there was LUD on my 485 that the document we prepared based on the approval or registration of this case was sent directly to the party issued.
But i havent heard nor recd anything.

congrats. You did FP on Nov 3rd 2004. So looks like my guess is correct. TSC is picking up cases based on the FP date. May be they will pick up the cases with FP results received on Nov 26th next week only... hopefully

FP may be one criteria but not sure TSC picking up cases based on FP date.

Here is one analysis for your case. Read it for whatever it is worth ...

They took your 140 on 10/22/04 but found that FP is not yet done so they marked the 140 with that note and left it with new LUD. Then they picked up your 485 for approval on 11/12/04 but something was not complete so they dropped it again - this may be the name check since no RFE was issued. Meanwhile your EAD and AP kept getting approved. I wish you had sent the name check e-mail long back so we could rule the latter out.

You said you have already called the USCIS hotline and they did not tell you anything so nothing much more you can do..

In my case my LUD for 140 is still 01/29/04 and for 485 it is 11/29/04 (FP update date) so looks like they have not even touched my case. What do you make of that ?? Is it because I have sub-labor ?
 
Two more approvals. I saw rajpal and aa2004 approved as posted in 485 TSC tracker. Rajpal did Fp on 10/29/04 ( ND is Feb'04) and aa2004 did FP on 11/16/04 ( ND is Feb'04 I guess).

So once again it si clear that more than RD/ND, its the FP date that is playing a big role here.

did you email FBI about name check?? what response did you get...and how much time they took...

hope everything is ok in your case, so when they open it you get approved...
 
I have sent a mail to FBI for name check but no response yet. I sent it on 11/17/04 so it will take some time. By then hopefully I will hear something from USCIS.
 
We did our FP on 10/30 no change in LUD date for our 140 and 485 but LUD is updated for my wife's EAD on 11/29/04 , so far no change in status
