Did anyone here have experience with a prior J1 visa? I am in progress of my I-129 to obtain a L1 status. My J1 has no 2yr HRR and my DS2019 did not come with a §212(e) either. I read though several times that this may not enough to be sure that I won't have to go back to my country for two years.
If my I-129 will be approved, does that mean that the USCIS agrees that I don't have to go back? Do they get an Advisory Opinion from the DoS?
