Anyone caught up by system/security check?

Hi, there, my wife's case has been approved last month and she is primary petitioner. I send inquiry to CSC and they asked me to wait two months for them to complete the mandatory checks before submitting additional inquiries.

Anyone has similar experience? My question is:

1. how can I find out if they finish the security check? Any number to call?

2. I have been trying to send CSC an inquiry by email CSC.XII.485@usdoj.gov and the email always bonce back, even if I use plain text, yahoo email..., would like to know why.

How did you sent enquiry?

what kind of enquiry did you sent {fax or phone) ? Did you faxed yourself or ur lawyer did for you?

even my spouse application{primary} approved on feb 4th and mine is still pending.

Hi,
I received an inquiry too. However mine is more severe since BCIS pulled my application from normal processing for addn'l security check.

However, a friend of mine got the exact same thing check for 60 days and boy was he approved on the 61st day... So I guess you should be happy and start thinking about the 61st day :)

I think they categorize these things as matters of nat'l security and do not give you addn'l info. I like my lawyers to do the calling/faxing..
