Anyone can help me? reenter US with old visa, new I20, new SEVIS ID

I got my F1 visa this June.and i entered US also in June, because the date on my I20 show my study in US starts in June, which is the summer semester. After arriving, i was advised by my dept not to enroll in summer classes, my advisor doesn't know i must take summer classes, and i didn't know either. then I was informed my SEVIS was terminated. my university issued me a new I20, and i paid SEVIS fee again, i got a new SEVIS ID. And i went back to my country now and will reenter US this weekend. My question is if the different SEVIS ID in my old visa and in the new I20 will cause any problems when i reenter US. I think my visa is still valid, because it's the same program and same university. My department also wrote an explanation letter for me.

I'm really worried about the reentry..

Its a unique situation, but in my opinion you should not have any issues as you have the letter from your school. You might be subjected to more scrutiny at POE if you get a over zealous officer but there should not be a entry issue as the school and the program of study is same.
