Anyone been to Arlington, VA INS Office for temp work permit? Wanna share your experience?

Have you been to the local INS office in Arlington, VA for a temporary EAD. Please share your experience. I will be going for temp EAD as it will be 90 days since RD. I will have the FedEx receipt with signature on file. I also have the Receipt Numbers for the applications. And hopefully I will receive the notice by then.

Is there something else that I am missing. What is the possibility of the temp EAD being rejected?

Any insight?
