Anyone approved without FP2

Anybody approved after FP1 expired.

When the processing had not started prior to expiration. [Meaning no RFE]

Long time No see, pingpong ? Wish you good luck for your approval if you are a genuine guy (not one of the jokers having a pseudo name).
BTW, my job search is moving in a positive direction. Getting a lot of middle men calls and looks like it is submitted at some clients.

Hi dsatish,

Wish you all the best in your search. Hope you will find a client soon.

PS : Yes I am genuine user waiting for GC and do not see any reason to use multiple users to post on this forum.

dsatish,
Guys like you shouldn't be a big deal to get job. You are going to hear sweat news very soon. Best of luck

pingpong02,
As far as I know, if fp is not expired before immigration officer opened your file, you are fine or else you are going get fp notice no matter what.

Doubt about approval with expired FP

I don't believe it is completely true people got approved after FP expired, even though we saw some cases seemed like that. Why the adjudicators do that by violating the procedure?

I guess the likely scenario is the case got approved by the adjudicator right before FP expired. But there may be several days lagg between the official time for approval on the legal paper (which we saw on line or by phone) and the timing of adjudication for some unknown technical reasons. During this lagg, the person's FP may be expired. Since the initial adjudication has finished, they just updated the information afterhand by (maybe) data processing department.

This is just my guess. I more prefer to believe the adjudicator will follow the legal procedure instead of exercising their discretion to approve a case with expired FP.
