Anyone applied for renewal Advanced Parole at local INS

Was wondering if anyone has applied for renewal AP at local INS. Our AP expired 2nd Feb and I am just tired of waiting for my long overdue approval. So I am planning on applying for AP and wanted to know if anyone had applied for it at their local INS instead of sending it to Nebraska and what their experience of it has been.

I am in MN.
