Anyone applied for EB2 I-140 using experience with same employer?

Hi All,
I have 9 years of experience overall in the field I am working.
I have been with my employer for 6 years now and I am stuck with PBEC. Applied thru PERM and got approved. Getting ready to file EB2 I-140. My job duties have changed more than 50% and I am applying for I-140 under EB2 using the experience gained with same employer.
My question has anyone tried going that route successfully? If so what do I need to watch out for? Any suggestions, advise will be greatly appreciated.

Cmon guys, provide some feedback if anyone has gone that route. Help your fellow immigrant out?

I-140 exp with same employer

yes, i have filed the same way
EB 2 LC approved (in LC MS + 6 months of exp)
but in LC we mentioned 1 years of exp gained with different employer didn't provide the experience letter from all employer ,lawyer said they dont care where you gained the exp he mentioned in 140 that the benefi... has the exp before the priority date of may 11-06. with the same emploeyr
filed 140, RD = aug-08-06 LUD august-16-06 ( no updates so far)
filed 485 on 14-oct-06 waiting for recipt notice
