And no change ( except for LUD change in Sep 04 when I changed the address)
I have no idea why ? - is NSC trying to process 140 of EB3 first - to give them a chance for AC21? Or they still plan to do EB2 concurrent adjudication ( the memo from the end of 2004 was really saying about terminationg concurrent adjudication for EB3 only).
I am not a lawyer.

y dont all you guys contact the USCIS or your senators , i mean i am still an 04 filer. this is ridiculous, how long do they expect us to wait, on the notice it says 150-180 days, its way beyond that.

also eb3 cases are approving but not eb2, we really need to find out whats up with that.

I think this is normal to see more EB3 approvals than EB2 becuase for EB2 they still have to make concurrent adjustment for I-140/485 but not for EB3, and according to NSC last Memo a few "untrained people" working on concurrent adjustment.
