Anybody With This Message On The Avm

Hi All,
I had a change of address on Sep1, 2004 and subsequently received written confirmation from USCIS on September 15, 2004. The website also reflects this info. What baffles me is the that when I dial 1-800-375-5283 and check my case status it says:

"We are sorry but due to a temporary problem with our system we cannot access account information on your case. Please call back at a later time"

This is the same message for the last 35 days.
Anyone in a similar situation.
Please share your thought processes.

is your 1-140 approved?
