anybody with security clearance pending for more than 6 months

i have had a succecful interview in dec 2007 and also been told at the infopass that the NC has been cleared but pending security clearance and to wait.

Anybody in this situation before and if so what action did u take?

My parents' cases are in the same boat, but our interview was done after the Feb memo out so the officer told us to send fax to remind once our name check pending up to 180 days. I sent fax to the officer on Jun 9th and my father's case got approved on 16th, but my mother's case seems still pending, so I am planning to send fax regarding my mother's case and also made an info pass appointment to remind the immigration office again. I also saw an encouraging case in my Nov. 2007 filer thread that a case got approved after sent letter and two info pass appointments. http://www.immigrationportal.com/showthread.php?t=268732&page=19
