Anybody with RD May, June 2002 got their 2nd FP Notice??

Does anyone know for what RD dates Newark is sending their 2 nd fp notices?

2nd FPs are sent based on the 1st FP date and location where you reside. It is not based on RD or ND.

My fingerprinting expired on Oct 25th as per 15 months rule.In this case when should I expect second FP.

First of all is it sure that I will get second FP notice.If yes would the BCIS website let me know about it.

There are many cases where the FP2 has been sent only after 2 to 3 months after the 15 months expiry date.

And you will surely need a FP2 before you get approved. I will be very surprised if you get approved now without FP2.

So put all your energies to get FP2 soon.

Try contacting Senator, Apply AP and EAD renewals if possible. Do not leave any stones unturned.

Same boat..

I am in the same boat. Have an RD of May 02 and FP1 of June 29 '02. Have not received FP2 yet. I called up the NSC, but they did not have much info.

Same here. No FP2 Notice yet after 15 month expiry period. I got a May02 RD and FP1 of Jul02.
