Anybody with RD Aug 22 still waiting ??

Is there anybody out there with RD Aug 22 still waiting for approval ? INS recd my RFE for Employment on Dec 24 2002 and it is more than 2 months now. When I called IIO said it is assigned to an officer, this was like 1 month back.

I have no idea what is going on ?

Anybody in the same boat ????

My son RFE replied on dec 14
mine on jan 11
wife on feb 14

no news yet..

Called IIO last week she said wait for atleast 30 days....

My RD is 8/21/01.

Replied to an RFE for Employment Verification on 12/4/02 and received by INS on 12/19/02. Case was reassigned on 1/21/03. Called the IIO 2 weeks back and was asked wait for 45 days. I do not understand why? when RFE's received in Feb are getting approved within 2 weeks!

I think NSC is processing Sep and Oct cases in full swing - working in reminder of Jul and Aug cases as and when they get a chance! :mad:

My rfe recd by INS on Dec 3rd and my spouse's in Nov. When I called to know the status (2 months back), I was told that the case was assigned to IIO. But when I called again a month back, they still said case was with IIO but I have to wait for couple more months.
My rd - 8/21/01
ND - 9/25/01

God knows when those IIOs are gonna touch those unseen July Aug cases!!

Lets hope for the best.

Guys, I share your pain. My RD is 08/15/01 and RFE received by INS on 01/03/03. Still waiting for approval. Hang tight guys. We will get our approvals soon. Just spoke to my company's para-legal and she says that they are receiving approvals for RFE responses sent between oct and Dec. I think we are pretty close. Good luck all.
