Anybody with RD 6/13/01 or before still waiting?

I think the date they mention is ND, not RD. The website also mentions ND as the received date, not RD.

Anyway, tired of waiting and seeing people who applied much later getting approved.

Actually, whether it is RD or ND is not clear from different texts regarding the processing time report. Have you done anything like contacting your congressman regarding your case? Have you got any RFE? What is your online status saying? I also did my FP on 1/03 and is ready to write to my congressman in CA.

I believe it is ND, not RD.

I did write to the congressman here but his office got back saying they were still not processing my date. I also called the CIS phone and had the same answer.

Looking at the latest file GoAstros sent, about 50% applicants on my ND date 245 are still saying Received / Resumed. Only 64 of 137 have been approved and another 14 RFEd.

This file gives a clearer picture as to how many others are still in the same boat.

Hopefully we should all be approved in March.

Contacted local Congressman and wrote letters to TSC

The result - my case transferred to VSC - yet to receive the notice.
