Anybody with premium pending ???

I need help identifiying my existing Case # whether it's premium or not.

If you ask why , I'm trying to recover from rejected 140 refilled premium and H1 is expiring really soon.

It's very critical to know if it was taken as premium or now.
We're not able to tell whether this case number belongs to premium service or not. It's link to regular system since my approved LC is still with USCIS.

Any help, input, advise will help.. Please do so..

The numbers are usually the same. You pay extra 1000 for PP and you get a series of emails from USCIS..once you register on their site. There are other threads here that tell you how to do that. You can also check your status either online or thru the national processing center. I wasn't too sure about your question but I hope this will at least be mildly helpful.

I did search but could not find any other information.

How to know if PP?

usually when a PP is filed you get an email to the employer from USCIS saying they got an application for PP and giving a phone number and email id to contact. I've been using that quite a lot. Also there are LUDs on your application almost everyday. Why do you think yours is PP?

Looks like my case was like yours.. My I-140 was denied and my H1b 6 yrs were about to expire in 30 days. I filed I-140 (regular) and Filed for H1b PP for 1 yr extension. Now I got my H1B approval and upgraded my I-140 to PP and now message got changed and it shows ...

I wrote 2 checks to lawyer and they paid the rest. I'm not sure they will receive a refund for the difference if it's not premium. No way for me to check the cleared fee.

How do I know it's premium or not someone asked ? Because we filed premium but neither I nor my lawyer has any indication that's is gone PP.
Here's what's going on. My H1 expires soon and I don't qualify for the 365 day rule on LC for H1 extension and I'm already on 8th year.

I need one more example if someone has premium pending that it says premium filed on the tracking site headher to convince myself my case is not PP.

Did you refiled 140 as a new case? If yes, how did you get the receipt number? Your lawyer should have received the email from USCIS. If you filed as PP, email will clearly dictates that case is filed as PP with their contact email address and phone number. If it doesn't say so, your lawyer should contact them immidiately for verification because if you filed as PP, receipt notice will clearly say that they will adjudicate the case within 15 calender days. If you are not eligible for PP, they 'll send the letter and check after the receipt notice ( I think they send fax in that case.... not sure).

If your lawyer doesn't call them, your company can call too.

this is just my personal opinion..

yes we filed as a new case. but it kicked back saying they need org. lc. My lawyer resend it back with a cover later the original is with them attached the rejected 140. About a week later we got snail mail case# which it doesn't say PP.
I'm thinking this case can't be filed premium so they send it to regular where my org lc sits.
Anyone agree?
 
Yesterday they have upgraded my case to PP. What a screw up process is this ? I gave up I'm leaving very soon.
