Anybody with ND Jan 02 still waiting ?

Hi

I see a lot of Feb, March, April 2002 approvals / RFE's. Anybody with ND of Jan 02 still waiting for approval / RFE ?

Based on the membersheet yours is only Jan 02 case which has only FP, others have been Approved, RFEd, Transferred.

Seems to me your 1st FP expired and hence you missed the Jan 02 approvals.
But maybe your turn comes in next 2-3 months.
Plus the off processing is now at Jan 02 , so soon it goes beyond your date and you can initiate official inquiry too.

what you say makes sense. Also my last updated date in the uscis website shows 3/25/2004. Probably this when my new FP must have been triggered.
