Anybody with ND 09/99 respond RFE waiting for approval?

Detail: ND 09/13/99. RFE(empl. ltr) received by VSC on 02/02/01. Still waiting. I\'ve seen approvals on this board 1 to 2 weeks after VSC received response. What could be the reason for taking longer than 14 days (no company name change exc.)? Anybody in the same situation?

Could you post more details about your PD, category etc. Also if you belong to a well-known or unknown company?
