Any body from NSC, EB2 with last LUD on 08/09/2006 still waiting on 485approval? I see lot of folks with LUD on 08/19/2006. I had a LUD on 08/09/2006 and still waiting on my 485 approval. We had our last FP (Code1) on Jun 12th and haven't seen any LUD. In fact it was our 3rd FP since 2004 and hasn’t seen any LUD after FPs.
