The salary for my company as a whole was reduced by 10% 5 months ago as a cost cutting measure and bringing salaries in line with market rates. In the process my salary is now 10% less than what was mentioned in my labour approval. We are replying a RFE for my 485 which includes EVL. We are going ahead with the 10% less salary. Will this cause a problem ?
Has anybody got approval with less salary ? The HR has confirmed that the salary is above the current salary standards for my job.
