Anybody with I485 LUD on Jan 1, 2007???

Did any of you guys with pending I485 get a LUD on Jan 1, 2007? I am trying to find out if this is just an automated LUD for several people or if my case moved forward.

I know another guy with the same I485 RD (9/30/05) as mine receiving the same LUD.

Please guys reply if you have recieved a LUD this new year
 
I received an LUD on on Jan 1st 2007, but it is on my approved 140 and not on 485

Hey Guys,

Mine changed today 01/02/2007 but they did not work on today. I did my Biometric code 3 three weeks ago and nothing then, suddenly on they off day my LUD changed today. Is this was an automatic set up?.

It may be an automatic LUD cause Jan 1 is a holiday. I don't know about Jan 2. In the past I have got one LUD on my I140 on a weekend prior to its approval.
 
I also got LUD 1/1/2007 on my approved 140 and my pending I-765.

My I-485 doesn't get new LUD, it still have the LUD as the same date of my FP.
 
My LUD Changed

My case was approved on Dec/20/06 but I got LUD's on my approved case on
01/01/07 and 01/02/07.
My wife case is still pending as dependant she got LUD on 01/01/07 only.

I think it was a mass update.
 
I had a LUD on 1/2/07 on my I-140 (NIW), and later that day, with the same date, on my I-485, I-131 and I-765.
RD: 11/14/06. ND: 12/18/06.

The messages didn't change - Does anyone have an idea what these LUDs mean? Does it have to mean there was some progress?
 
I'm no expert, but I say that's encouraging! Did you file all cases together? It could mean your 140 is getting close to approval.

Guys,
my PD is June 2002. Interestingly, for the past 2 months I can see changes in my LUD. My FP & RFE are already done. I140, AP & EAD also done. I don't know why its changing?

The LUD also changed on 1/1/07..which was supossedly a holiday.??

I-485 (Pending) LUD 12/28/06 (day after FP) 01/03/07
Advance Parole (Pending) LUD: 01/02/07

Does it have anything to do with the new BCS?? :rolleyes:
 
LUD on approved EAD 01/01/07

There was LUD change on my approved EAD on 01/01/07. There was no change in message and no email.

My I-140 approved on Nov 30th 2006.

485, EAD and Advance Parole filed on Nov 11th 2006.
FP done on Dec 26th 2006.
LUD on I-1485 shows 01/02/2007
 
well I guess lot of ppl got I485 lud in the first two days of the new year.... I hope this was not just a mass LUD.. but that it meant something. In October they told me I was stuck in background check. Early Nov I got the medical RFE, which I replied by mid-Nov, hence a LUD. Next LUD on Jan 1. I am trying to stay optimistic. I know that the 60 day rule post-rfe does not apply when stuck in security check.
