Anybody with EB2, NIW self petition, changed job during AOS, got approved without RFE?

Folks, if you are EB2, NIW with self petition and changed your job during AOS, please help anwser two questions:

1). If you got approval without RFE?
2). If you got RFE, what were INS asking for?

We got approval after RFE (EB2 NIW). RFE was for emp letter + W2 + recent pay slips. However, never changed the job. Company name changed because of a merger prior to 485 application but after I-140.

Someone I know (EB2, NIW) changed job got an RFE to redo I-140 again. Got I-485 approval immediately after I-140 redo approval (within two weeks) at VSC. He had to ensure that the new job and the new job location met the same eligibility crieria for the I-140 NIW approval. Hope this helps.
