Does anybody have any idea as how long the Amended 140 taking now a days? Mine was filed on 10/18/2001.

between 2 weeks to 8 weeks

Is it MD/RD/ND?

i applied Amended I140 on March 01 2001

and got approved on oct 2 2001

I dont know. It is supposed to be MD. My company does not give any more info. That sucks but got to live with it.
