Hi,

I would like to know if anybody has succeeded in talking to the immigration officer at local office by taking an appointment with InfoPass.

Senior members : Is it a wise thing to talk to an immigration officer at Broad St, Newark about the delayed/pending 140 appln? Please share your thoughts.

Making status inquiries and contacting Senator/Congressmen is not doing any good. The other option would be talking to an officer by taking an appointment with InfoPass.

What do you guys/gals think? Anybody tried this option? If so, please post your experience whether its worth to give a try or not
 
Anybody tried InfoPass for inquiring about the pending 140 appln ????

I took an appointment with Infopass and i would like to talk to the officer regarding my 140 pending for more than a year.
 
Same thing with me.. My I-140 is pending since JUn-03 .
I don't think that local office immagration officer, would help us
in this case...Just a thought....

What about you , how many inquiry did you put as yet ????

My lawyer initated inquiry with AILA but we did not receive any thing as yet. But on I-485 message changed with " We responded to your response...".
Same day I-140 LUD changed but message remain same...
My Lawyer responded rfe on I140 which was resceived on 7 Jul 04
since then message was " On 7 July We received your response....."
But on 12 Oct when LUD changed message was like ths
" On 12 Oct received your response....."

Since then I-140
LUD changed on I-140 - 12 , 14 , 15 ,18 OCT but nothing happen.....

so far i have tried everything i can. I'm so frustrated with this.

Can you pl. tell me how to initate inquiry with AILA ???? I'll try that as my last option.

My lawyer did that I don't have any idea about ths. You ask ur lawyer about it. Let me know if in between you hear any thing.

Also wht response you got from senator and congressman ?
 
they are useless CRAP :) i'M SORRY i DON'T EVEN WANT TO TALK ABOUT IT.
ITS LIKE BUSH WINNING THE ELECTION AGAIN :(
