Anybody who knows how to follow up Security/Namecheck for Removal of Conditions case in USCIS?

I emailed USCIS about my wifes removal of condition pending against USCIS, and they replied that the Security check hasn't come back yet. Its been nine months now since they received and had my wifes case. Answers are highly appeciated.
