I have been waiting my I-485 approval since Feb,2000 but due to the
various factor like file sleeping in the shelf, RFE(I-140 amendment)etc,
My case is longgggggg wait and my FP is expired 15 months limit.
1. Do you know the case anybody who got their I-485 approval even after 15 months FP expiration ?
2. How you guys get 2nd FP after 1st one expired ? Did you request to CSC ?
According to my research in this Message board, I never seen any single person who got their seamless 2nd FP notice without 2~3+ month gap.
Please share some info if you are in similar position like me.
