Yes, v went ahead to philly
Infact our scheduled date for FP was 12/28/01 but we went ahead ie., on 12/05/01. Philly office entertains FP ahead of scheduled date.It took us arnd. 20-30mins. to get it done in the morning session.(Just take ur Passport(for valid identity) & FP notice along with u)
