We have already lost a good opportunity to get a Bill like SKIL in the house this time (although house senators did talk on it and there still might be chance)
Can we rally around to get a SKIL type bill in this session/next session after the visa bulletin or should we wait for October 2007?

Answer should be either yes or no. Maybe's please comment on other threads.

The OCT bulletin proves beyond a doubt that only a change in law can help EB3 and EB2 India. Without a change in the law there is no solution. I for one would not even count on that anytime soon. So the decision is cut and dry ... wait indefenitely or do something else. The choice could not be any clearer than now.
