anybody waiting for spouse 485 approval

I know vipsha is one ..I am trying to find that if somebody's 485 is approved as a employed based case ..but still waiting for spouse approval still..

In above case if one changes the job ..what effect it could have...

I am ..I applied for my husband's 485 immediately (Jan 2002) after we got married (Nov 2001) and my 485 which was filed in July 2001 was approved in a month after his was applied (march 2002). I never received any RFE for my EAD and GC ...

His 485 has been pending fore 16 months now (RD is Jan 2002).. Since he is a dependant 485 what kind of RFE be on his 485 ?? what if they ask for 140 for his ?? should I send mine ?? he never applied for anything before 485.

His first EAD expired after we got I-ead for him. Second EAD is pending.

pls tell me what should we be prepared for in case of him ?? what kind of RFE can he get (in terms of 140 etc.. ) ??

I'm now reading your mail. I think since your husband is dependent on you who has been approved, he has no problem in getting approved too. Probably the only question now is "when?". This is a personal opinion, I may be wrong. However, I believe that I'm right.
