Anybody waiting for I485 approval with ND 9/00?

Is anybody waiting for I485 approval with a ND of 9/00? My 485 ND is 9/18/00 and FP done on 2/6/01,
still have not got approval. Lawyer has sent 2 faxes, but still nothing in sight. I see a lot of ND 12/00 and 01/01 approvals.
If anybody out there in a similar situation, please post reply?

Yes. Receipt Date 9/14/00, Notification Date 9/15/00. Finger Print
Date 3/21/01. Finger print sent from the FBI to INS 3/27/01. Just
called the AVM right now, still no update. My lawyer said the approval
should come either this month or next month. I hope she is right.

My info regarding my I-485:
ND 09/18/2000
FP 11/03/2000
RFE 12/28/2000 (for Company Changed, had to re-file new I-140)
Replied to INS new I-140 Reciept: 02/20/2001

New I-140 info:
RD 01/20/2001
ND 02/12/2001
AD 03/12/2001

Up to now I\'m still waiting for my I-485 approval!!! It\'s been almost three (3) months since my new I-140 got approved, but up to now no approval in sight yet!!!!

I hope we get our approval soon!!! We got left behind during the batch of 09/2000 approvals!

Goodness, schopra,

I cannot imagine your case is still pending with ND 02/00! Nearly
veryone in that time frame in the tracking list have been approved.
Do you have any update on your RFE?

My RD and ND are Aug 2000. I had my FP done in Feb 2001.
God knows when the approval for I485 will come through.
