anybody wac02042? still waiting?

Hi,

Anybody has fax# for CSC? I want to send fax enquiry on my I-485 case.

I am wac02-042. I have received RFE sometime in June 2003 and I responded to it in July 2003. I also finished my 2nd FP last week. I am also waiting for my 3rd EAD which was filed in Nov 2003.

I called 1800 number several times, I always get a response from them saying my case is being adjudicated.
I also found from an IIO that my case was pulled for background check? Anyone of you know what it means.

I can understand your frustration. What are your lawyers saying? I think you should demand them to their work for the money they have taken. And I think you should also contact one of these congressmen and senator and make enquiries through them. I think this 1-800 people are just DUMB....

I hope u get ur approval ASAP.

I filed my 3rd EAD on Jan, 2004, and already got my new EAD two weeks ago.

Are you still waiting for your new EAD filed on Nov., 2003? If so, ask your lawyer do something.

No further FP notice or RFE. Attorney send an inquiry 3 weeks ago, if no response, I will urge them to fax the inquiry this time.
