anybody knows who assigns DOT Code ?

The process of assigning DOT codes to individual cases
are INCORRECT.

First of all, people who assign these DOT codes does not
really know whether DOT code really explains the JOB
function or not ? There are people with similar job functions get assigned different DOT codes at DOL.

Since the whole process of assigning DOT code is incorrect, denying a person his chance for GC based on DOT code is
very STUPID.

We should mention above reality to khannaji while submitting MEMO.

Where did you see that...

BTW, Local SWA (SESA) assigns the DOT code to the application based on Job Title (ETA 750 PART-A, section 9) & Job description (ETA 750 PART-A, section 13) provided by employer.

Now if u consider software test engineer assigned that category what do you say about SESA accuracy.

From my understanding software test engineer is totally different than system analyst

My info is following

One of my friend's startup company has filed for many test engineers and development engineer. SESA had assigned different codes some of them got 999.151.031, some 999.151.032 and some 999.151.051.
This is true information. I cannot be more specific.
Becaus of above reason the TIMING of getteing through Labor certifications is varying RANDOMly nad some of guys who were filed much earlier than other has stilll to receved while others have got theirs.
