Application Type: I485 , Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status

On February 3, 2006, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued.

This means they just mailed a RFI or RFE to you.

How come ? I already got this email on 27th

On January 27, 2006, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 14 days have passed and you have not received the notice, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.

it's generic message from Texas SC ... I've seen this message before with a friend of mine sometimes it means rfe rfi sometimes just plain nothing ... but for sure they did not send you the card..yet

According to this letter you will be approved soon.Your case is moving towards approval.it is good news.they might request for bio 3 soon.If i were u .i would wait 2 weeks.and and i would call them.

My LUD changed today too and also recieved an e mail requesting RFI, very weird since I already got this email on Jan 27th...

RFE can be anythings from birth certificate to I-602..
one thing for sure your case move fast for ND 2004.
no doubt ..your case in the right trac
