Nothing changed since I posted last thread about AC21. My cases is kept resumed, no RFE, no denied, nothing...

Did you update them about new employer ? If so, how. I am thinking of informing them of change in my emp but at the same time not sure if I should.
 
I didn't update my emp. A lot people said "should update" is not equal to "must update".

that is so bad my spouse has to work at another state with me, just for waitting green card..:mad:
 
If I remember right, your 485 is pending more than a year and in CSC it usually gets resolved by then.

Did you check with a lawyer about this ? Is your salary the same as 140 says ? I am getting less in my new job.

I did not check the status since so many people have not got results.

I got 6k less, I don't think it is a big problem. stock is much better. :)
