For me RFE ACK date changed from April to June.
waiting more than 80 days after RFE ACK
Got 2nd FP.
mailed/Faxed/Contacted congressman. still nothing

Anybody on the same boat?

1st FP Feb 2003
2nd FP July 2004
RFE issue 7th April 2004
RFE ACK 21st April 2004
New RFE ACK 21st June 2004

I believe many ppl are waiting.

you would be surprise to learn that few of 01 fillers still waiting too...

My case RD/ND 01/18/02 with a REF on 02/04 REF ACK in 02/27/04 then ACK in 06/01/04 is waiting for any news. FP has been pass due in 06/04. No the second FP yet.
