I got RFE .. havn't received yet (I am expecting last 2 years of W2 and latest paystub)
Last year (2003) My W2 wages is 3000 less than what is specified on the Labor. It's not because of low salary or something. Its because I went to my home country for 1 month without pay and I took 1 week of vacation in between job change. I have never been on bench. No complications like that.
This years paystub is way high because my rate also increased and I have worked all 12 months.
Anybody in this situation?? please help
