Anybody in the same situation???

Hi All,

I called 1-800# today and finally got transfered to TSC service center, they confirmed my 485 approval and also mentioned my 140 is still pending, that officer said there could be some mistake. I am still waiting for my 485 approval notice.

Incase If I get my 485 approval, will it be any issues for my PP stamping?? What about if my employer withdraw my pending 140 later?? I really need your openion. INS completely playing with me.
 
I have never seen a 485 approval without 140 approval. This is not normal. Something wrong somewhere, or you might be seeing your I140 approval real soon.

140 is approved today.

Hi All,

I got the maic email at 10:45 PM on my 140 approval. Interesting thing is my 485 was approved on 24 th May. And it took almost 98 days after we replied the RFE for my 140.

Now I am enjoying the 485 appoval, till today I am little bit tensed. See my signature for more details.
