Anybody in new Q have FP?

It seem to take about 10 months to receive the FP notice, while now as per new processing dates the I140 date is Aug 6, i.e. 8.5 months.

If both the above are correct, then nobody whose I140 is pending has received FP notice. Which means, the JIT shelf for the concurrent processing queue is empty. And it will remain so for at least a couple of months.

Please share your thoughts.
 
One of my friends who is from Nebraska got FP(Scheduled around May 15th) and his I-140 has not yet cleared.

This trend may come to Vermont also very soon.

Nebraska is little ahead of Vermont.

I just read in 485 thread that some one's 485 got approved but his 140 is still pending.. 2003 concurrent case eb3.

should we say hats off???
 
how one's 485 can be approved while i-140 is pending?

i-140 needs to be approved in order to get 485 approved..

AM i missing somethign here?

I-140 pending ND 6/6/2003, FP done on 3/11/04, am I on JIT self?
 
Is there any logic in how VSC processes cases? How can they approve 485 while 140 is pending? Beats me...

Maybe we should apply for Citizenship along with GC, never know if Citizenship gets approved before GC...

I think, if they do not process your 140 by April 30th, you should be in the concurrent processing Queue.

Till now VSC seems to be continuing processing both concurrent and non-concurrent applications. Maybe this will change after April 30th.

ND 5/08/2003
FP done on 03/13/2004
I140 pending....
EAD for wife applied on 10/26/03
EAD approved on 12/28/03

EAD for self applied on 2/26/04
EAD .. Pending

I have applied I140 using LC substitutaion. I am not sure whether that is causing the delay in I140.
