I got RFE in jan and I applied for I-140 amend for company name change. INS has not cashed my check, did not send me a receipt and when I called they say my I-485 is on hold because of company name change.
I am current now and the IIO tells me that they are waiting for instructions from washington for company name change. I really don\'t know what to do. Any advice?
