I had my I-140 Pending since Dec 2002 and I waited too long to get the happy news of Approval. It happened on May 25 2004 and I got a copy of the approval from my lawyer also.
All along the BCIS website never listed my I-140 EAC no, but suddenly it started showing once it is approved.
Then the drama starts, on Jun 10, the BCIS website says, I have a RFE on my I-140 and I waited till today what is the RFE. RFE is regarding my employment and the lawyer is also surprised to see it.
Anybody in this situation ?
