I'm the principal applicant. my wife has a daughter from her ex-husband. her daughter lives with her father not with us according to the traditions of our country which state that children will be under the custody of the father if the woman gets married.
My question is should I include the daughter in our application for the lottery or not and she is not my daughter but my wife's. and if I should do, I will not be able to take her to the states because her father would not let us do that.
