Anybody having success CHANGING address without problem?

I desparately want to move but I have heard too many bad experiences with INS. Any positive experiences here on the board?

How could INS send mails to old address AFTER we file the change of address petition?

Any input is highly appreciated.

There are some successful address changes, but sometimes you get unlucky, then things could go amiss. So, it depends on whether you want to take a chance.
